# Fearless Counseling

> Fearless Counseling is a private-pay group therapy practice in Midtown Kansas City, Missouri, offering individual, couples, child, and family therapy — in person and via telehealth across Missouri. The team of licensed therapists (three of four EMDR Certified) treats anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns, with evening and weekend availability and a free 15-minute consultation for new clients.

Fearless Counseling was founded by Sierra Cook, MA, LPC, NCC, and has been recognized as Best of KC for Mental Health Services by The Kansas City Star. The practice is self-pay only (no insurance billing, though superbills are provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement), and scheduling and payment are handled through SimplePractice. Telehealth is limited to clients located in Missouri. The practice believes in going through difficulties, not around them, and in giving clients real tools rather than open-ended dependency.
